Find it Fast has developed an online loyalty system that can cater for multiple merchants and members. The key idea behind this project is to put in place a single system that could be used by many merchants to target a common member database without the need for members to carry a variety of loyalty cards or install several Apps on their mobile phones.

As the system is online, it also eliminates the requirement for specialised equipment at each location. Members are identified by their mobile phone numbers and communicated to via SMS and/or our App.

The system has been developed to make the creation and distribution of your deals or notifications simple and effective.

As such you can create and distribute discount Coupons, Vouchers, Informational messages and Competitions – much of which will be sent directly to the members’ phones (based on their preferences).

Basically, merchants will be able to create Coupons and Vouchers which will be published to our website and can be sent to members via SMS and our App.

Members will be able to redeem as soon as they receive their offer giving them instant savings which can incentivise them to purchase more.

Members will be able to set their preferences (in terms of the types of offers and notifications they wish to receive and from which merchants) and then receive coupons, vouchers and informational notifications – directly to the phones (or they access the same via our website). They can then take action e.g. redeem a discount coupon at the respective merchants.

We will likely install digital screens at each merchant (where possible) which gives the merchants the opportunity to advertise on their premises as well.

Using the PIN on redeem feature, merchants can track the redemption rates

Costs are lower as you are reaching a more targeted audience
For example for the SMS distribution option, you will only be sending your deal to those who have opted in – and not others that have no interest which is a waste of money and causes an annoyance
This saves your business money and gives you a better conversion rate
Because these offers will reach those that have expressed an interest in your business category, they will be more likely to respond to your deal.
